Maggie is skilled in managing growth and proposal operations; leading and mentoring highly effective proposal teams; designing and executing winning proposal response strategies; winning government-wide and agency-specific contract vehicles and standing up task order response engines, with specialized expertise in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology-Next Generation (T4NG) IDIQ. She loves to write and spend time in the mountains with her family and Bernese Mountain dog and has devoted time as a board chair and trustee for Grymes Memorial School and the Shenandoah National Park Trust.
Scaled proposal operations for an 8(a), SDVOSB contractor to support hundreds of competitive bids with a 30%+ win rate, to include 45+ prime contract wins valued at nearly $1B and 12 contract vehicles in just 5 years until its acquisition.
Consolidated disparate growth and proposal processes, personnel, CRM, and SharePoint infrastructure across three corporate subsidiaries and four (4) Joint Ventures in less than one year while maintaining 100% proposal staff retention rate and annual bid volume of 65+ proposals and dozens of RFI responses.
Integral to winning Prime and Joint Venture seats on the $22B T4NG IDIQ in 2016, T4NG On Ramp in 2021, and $60B T4NG2 IDIQ in 2023. Has managed or provided oversight to 44 T4NG Task Order wins to date, collectively valued at ~$900B.
